My son loves football and wrestling so this program has been excellent at complementing the skills he needs for both sports. He is physically stronger and has gained more confidence in his sports. He loves going every week and the coaches are fantastic and they make it both fun and challenging- just what he loves !
Working with Jarret and Brandon has helped Will realize that fitness can be fun, and that when you dedicate yourself to working on your speed, power, and coordination you will get better at sports. The work he has put into his body and mind has already shown dividends on the football field, basketball court and baseball diamond.
I am so impressed and blown away with how much Max’s endurance and agility has increased. Not only has his skills increased but so has his confidence in the sports world and in real life. Max originally joined as an extra source of exercise but walked away with a new found love in fitness.
