About the Program
This performance training program develops acceleration, explosive power, and overall athleticism. Through a focused blend of plyometrics, ballistic movements, and targeted strength training, athletes learn to move faster, generate more power, and apply it directly to sport.
Originally built for off-season baseball training, the program is equally effective for football, basketball, and any sport that demands quick first steps and explosive movement. Every session is purposeful, helping athletes move better, play faster, and perform when it matters most.
Performance Testing
The program begins and ends with performance testing, allowing parents and athletes to see progress over the course of training. Athletes will be evaluated in:
Pro Shuttle (5–10–5) for quickness and change of direction
Short Pro Lateral Shuttle (2.5–5–2.5) for lateral speed and power.
15 yrd Dash for tracking acceleration and burst speed
Vertical Jump to measure lower-body power and explosiveness
